Real results come from consistent hard work over time, and you can’t be consistent if you’re constantly nursing injuries. I should know—I got into training after a not-so-great back surgery and have dealt with knee and shoulder issues too. That’s why I’ve developed a system that delivers amazing results while keeping your joints happy and resilient.
