My journey in fitness spans from coast to coast, exploring every type of training and movement along the way. This exploration led to a sincere desire: helping others find true freedom in health and wellness. With certifications in cpt, cfsc, strong lifting, pnl1, and balance body reformer, i've developed an approach that breaks free from the exhausting cycle of typical fitness routines.
